Today is New Year’s Eve.  I have been recovering from being sick so I am not feeling very festive today.  I think I might watch the countdown on TV or just turn in early.  I don’t know about the rest of you but even if I were not sick, I would not be venturing downtown for any of the festivities.  Although I am not much of a drinker, there is going to be a lot of that out on the roads tonight.  It is my hope that everyone celebrates responsibly tonight to bring in the New Year.  Happy New Year to all of you.
